Tambla Kayako Help Centre Upgraded

On the evening of September 18th, Tambla upgraded its Kayako system. All customers and their open tickets will be migrated to the new Kayako with the current customer contact points ( & redirect to the new platform ( & Following the migration, the old Kayako ticketing system will be ‘tombstoned’ and access limited. The new Tambla Kayako has a contemporary interface that is completely Tambla branded (no more ComOps), introduces real-time support with live chat functionality and provides an easy to use Help Centre knowledge base. Following the upgrade, the Tambla Service Desk (TSD) ‘Agents’ look forward to working with you to manage your ‘Cases’ in collaboration with other Tambla ‘Team(s)’ members as required.
